Help centre
Do I need to pay to get started?
No. ComputingPal is currently free. There’s no subscription to choose, no checkout to complete, and no payment details to add. Student verification is still required before you start practising.
How does exam marking work?
Some exam answers use credits for AI marking. The paper page shows the credit requirements before you start, and Marking credits shows your balance and daily allowance. Free access does not include unlimited AI marking.
Can I return to my results?
Yes. Your quiz history keeps completed attempts, including the questions, your submitted answers, and their explanations. Your progress stays connected to your account.
What about community and preview tools?
Community participation is not available yet. Learn courses, ERD tools, SQL learning and playgrounds, and mistake revision are controlled previews, with access limited to beta accounts when the relevant feature is enabled.
